This policy explains what information Imij Flow collects when you visit this website or join the waitlist, how it is used, and your choices. It is written plainly — no unnecessary legal padding.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect:

Email address — to send you launch updates and communicate about Imij Flow.
Platform interest — which version you selected (Mac, Windows, or Both). This helps us understand demand and prioritise development.

We do not collect names, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.

How we use it

To manage the waitlist and keep track of your place on it.
To send launch updates when Imij Flow is ready to ship.
To understand platform interest across the waitlist (Mac vs Windows).
To communicate about Imij Flow — pricing, availability, and related news.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Waitlist and email provider

We use Kit (kit.com, formerly ConvertKit) to manage the waitlist and send emails. When you submit the waitlist form, your email address and platform interest are stored in Kit. Kit's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data on their end.

Site hosting and delivery

This website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare handles DNS, CDN delivery, and security for the site. As with any web service, Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on their data practices.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use any analytics tools or tracking scripts. No cookies are set by Imij Flow itself. Cloudflare may set technical cookies as part of standard site delivery and security — these are not used for advertising or profiling.

Data retention

Waitlist data is kept for as long as it is relevant to the Imij Flow launch. Once the product has launched and the waitlist is no longer active, data that is no longer needed will be removed. You can also request deletion at any time (see below).

Your choices

Unsubscribe — every email from us includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from future communications.
Request deletion — email us at and we will delete your data from the waitlist.
Questions — for any privacy questions, reach us at the same address.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not reduce your rights without clear notice.
